In 2007 we researched how japanese restaurants are influenced by seasonal change not only in the dishes but also soft furnishings and decor to really reflect the four seasons. It made so much sense to us that we immediately adopted the idea and have spent the last few years developing it to include all the senses - taste, sight, hearing, smell, touch; seasons.casamia. Our menus reflect childhood memories, trips we take and people we meet. These are what define our food using the best British produce available to us.
