Casamia catapulted to fourth place on the Sunday Times Top 100 restaurant's guide

‘As the highest placed new entry, Casamia was the only restaurant from Bristol and the surrounding area to feature in the list that was topped by Sat Bains in Nottingham.’

The team tweeted its delight on Friday saying the South West - which features heavily on the list - was “smashing it”.

It has been owned by brothers and self-taught chefs Peter and Jonray Sanchez-Iglesias since they took it on from their parents, Paco and Sue, who founded it in 1999.
“We’re both quite opinionated, but somehow it works,” Peter told the Sunday newspaper.
