What menus do you offer?
We offer two menu types; four-course (excluding Friday & Saturday evenings) and the full menu (Wednesday - Sunday).
How do I buy a ticket and make a reservation at Casamia?
Reservations and tickets for Casamia are obtained through our website. The details for this are available on our Reservations page. We usually release a new month of tickets on the first Tuesday of each month at noon (UK time) for the period four months in advance. For example, December tickets will be available on Tuesday, September 5th.
What does your ticket include?
Your ticket entitles you to a confirmed reservation at Casamia on the specified date and includes full payment of the menu for the number of guests. However, extras, such as drinks and service charge, are in addition and paid for at the end of your meal.
How do I receive my ticket and reservation?
After payment, you will receive confirmation by email that your order and payment has been received, this will confirm the date, time, duration and numbers for your reservation. Keep this document safe, as it has a unique reference code, relevant to your reservation, which you’ll need for all communications with us in the run-up to your visit.
Can I get a refund or credit against my final bill, if I or any of my guests cannot attend on the day?
No, we’re afraid not. Once your ticket has been issued for a number of diners, this cannot be changed.
Can I make a reservation without buying a ticket?
No, we're afraid not. Reservations and tickets are linked, so you can't make a reservation without buying and paying in full for a ticket.
I have a gift voucher for Casamia, how do I make a reservation?
If redeeming a gift voucher, please contact us directly to make a reservation. once a gift voucher reservation has been confirmed, your voucher acts as your "ticket" and is subject to our cancellation policy.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?
We gladly accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies with advance notice. Please note we are unable to cater for vegans. Please email email@example.com with any further questions.
Do I have to select a wine pairing?
You do not need to choose your wine pairing at the time of reservation. You can decide this on the day and inform the team.
What is the dress code at Casamia?
Casamia has a very relaxed atmosphere. We want you to be comfortable in our home, so we do not have a dress code policy.
How long should we allow to enjoy the experience?
We would recommend allowing 3.5 hours to enjoy your full menu experience comfortably or 2 hours for the four-course menu.
Are there car parking facilities?
Unfortunately, we do not have a car park; However, There is on-street parking outside the restaurant on Lower Guinea Street. Also, there are several car parks within short walking distance from the restaurant - please give us a call for exact details. Finally, although there is no parking directly outside Casamia, anyone needing close access can be dropped off at the bottom of Lower Guinea Street.
Do you offer corkage?
We do not offer corkage. Our Head Sommelier curates a dynamic wine list which offers a wide variety of bins to suit all tastes.
